【MICROWAVE】

1. USE A FORK TO PUNTURE A FEW HOLES IN THE CENTER OF THE PLASTIC SEAL TO LET STEAM ESCAPE. 

2. MICROWAVE FROM FROZEN ON HIGH FOR 4-5 MINUTES. STIR AND SERVE.

【STIR-FRY】

1. THAW PACKAGE AT REFRIGERATED TEMPERATURE FOR AT LEAST 12 HOURS BEFORE COOKING.

2. HEAT PAN TO MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT WITH 60ML OF WATER.

3. ADD PRODUCT AND GARNISHES (AS DESIRED) INTO THE PAN. MIX WELL UNTIL
COOKED.
