Wei-Chuan U.S.A., Inc. has two frozen Chinese foods manufacture facilities. One facility is located in Los Angeles, CA, established in 1972 with approximate 80,000 square feet wide. With the steady and continuous sales growth, expansion of production capacity was strongly demanded. The Company established the second facility located in Murfreesboro, TN. The facility is about 140,000 square feet and started operating in 2016. Together, these two plants produce Dumpling, Gyoza, Potsticker, Wonton, Mini Bun, Pan Fry Bun, Entrée, Noodle Bowl, Rice Bowl, Spring Roll, Egg Roll, Wrapper, and many more.
Both plants are USDA Grant of Inspection Establishment and FDA registered facilities. The facilities run all productions in complying with HACCP programs, GMP/FSMA standards, and SOPs to ensure the wholesomeness and quality of our foods.
To assure continuous improvement of production operations and technology, the Company persistently upgrades the production equipment and facilities while training employees with new concepts of food safety knowledge. Additionally, Wei-Chuan U.S.A., Inc. employs Third Party Food Safety Auditing annually for these two manufacturing facilities to ensure food safety and meet customer’s expectation.
