Wei-Chuan USA Pork and Shrimp Spring Rolls
1/4 Green Cabbage, shredded
1/4 Red Cabbage, shredded
2 Green Onion, chopped
2 Carrots, shredded
2-3 Radish, thinly sliced
1 cup Edamame
Handful of Cilantro

Additional Ingredients

Dressing:
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tsp fish sauce
2 tbsp neutral oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp honey
2 clove garlic, mined
Juice from 1/2 lime

Cooking instructions

Chop and shred the vegetables.

Add the dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine.

Place spring rolls in an airfryer and cook for 10 minutes at 400F, or until golden brown and crispy.

In a large salad bowl, add chopped vegetables along with edamame and a handful of cilantro. Then toss to combine.

To serve, transfer the mixed salad to a plate and top with pork and shrimp spring rolls. Pour over dressing and lime juice, and garnish with black sesame seeds. Enjoy!
