Today is the first day of Spring! We are so excited to share with you this classic Sour n Spicy Soup Dumplings 酸湯水餃🥟 recipe made with Wei-Chuan USA's Pork n Napa Cabbage Dumplings. It is one of our favorite dumplings that goes well with any recipe 🌸 Check out the recipe below to learn!
*can be adjusted to personal preference
Wei-Chuan USA dumplings (as many as you like!)
1 tablespoon scallions
1 tablespoon seaweed
1 tablespoon dried shrimp
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Chinese Chinkiang Vinegar
1 teaspoon chili oil (feel free to add more as desired)
Add chopped scallions, seaweed, dried shrimp, sesame oil, soy sauce, Chinese vinegar and chili oil into a big bowl.
Add WEI-CHUAN USA Pork n Napa Cabbage Dumplings into the boiled water until the dumplings float up; then add cold water to the pot until the water boils again; let the dumplings boil for one minute then turn off the heat. The Dumplings are then well done!
Add dumpling soup into the bowl.
Add cooked dumplings into the soup bowl.
