Brush oil on the cupcake pan.
Fill each cupcake mold with a sheet of Wei Chuan USA Wonton wrapper.
Pre-heat oven to 350F and bake for about 12 mins.
Make the taco fillings as instructed on Taco Seasoning package.
Fill baked taco cups with plant-based taco meats.
Add guacamole, salsa, and sour cream.
Add some shredded cheese.
Bake for about 3 mins. (Or until cheese melted)
Sprinkle some chopped green onions, or cilantros
