Recipe of the day: vegan mini taco cups for celebrating WORLD VEGAN DAY!!! 🌎 Let’s do a little Asian fusion mix with this fun and simple recipe. Perfect for having friends or family over for the holidays!! We used the Wei Chuan USA Wonton wrappers, ready in minutes. ✨✨✨

Ingredients
  • Wei Chuan USA Wonton wrappers – 16 to 18 sheets
  • Plant based ground meat – 1/4 pound
  • Taco seasoning mix – enough for 1/4 pound
Additional Ingredients
Below ingredients are flavor enhancers for personal preference. Amount can be adjusted to your liking:
  • Salsa
  • Guacamole
  • Shredded cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Green onions (chopped)
  • Cilantros (chopped)
Cooking instructions

Brush oil on the cupcake pan.

Fill each cupcake mold with a sheet of Wei Chuan USA Wonton wrapper.

Pre-heat oven to 350F and bake for about 12 mins.

Make the taco fillings as instructed on Taco Seasoning package.

Fill baked taco cups with plant-based taco meats.

Add guacamole, salsa, and sour cream.

Add some shredded cheese.

Bake for about 3 mins. (Or until cheese melted)

Sprinkle some chopped green onions, or cilantros

Must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F or above as measured by using a thermometer
