  • 1 bag Wei-Chuan USA Dumplings
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp chopped scallions
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp each for soy sauce, Chinese vinegar and sesame oil, mix well
  • 2 tbsp each peanut paste and water, mix well
  • 1 tbsp chopped chili pepper (add last to make dish color vibrant)
Cooking instructions

*Cooking time may vary based on equipment and quantity cooked in equipment. Must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F or above as measured by using a thermometer.​

Boil dumplings as directed on packaging. Drain and set aside.

In a separate bowl, add chili powder, roasted sesame seeds, chopped scallions, chopped garlic, soy sauce, Chinese vinegar, sesame oil, and peanut paste mix. Mix until combined.

Pour step 2 over step 1, garnish with more chopped scallions and chili pepper if desired.
