Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Place 12 Wei-Chuan USA Dumpling Wrappers onto the baking sheet and brush each wrapper with melted butter. Mix 1½ Tablespoons of Granulated Sugar with ⅛ Teaspoon Cinnamon and sprinkle onto to each wrapper. Bake for 7-9 minutes at 400°F, the wrappers should look golden brown and have a crispy texture. Set aside to cool
Make cream cheese whipped cream by adding 2 oz of Cream Cheese and 3 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar to a stand mixer, mix on med-high speed for about 3 minutes, it should look smooth. Scrape the bowl as needed. Add ½ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream, turn to high speed and continue to mix until thick and creamy.
Place the whipped cream and chocolate frosting into piping bags fitted with star tips. Pipe a swirl of whipped cream onto a chip, top with berries and decorate with chocolate frosting. Serve immediately
