Who says you can not elevate your basic frozen dumplings to something out of a restaurant, these dumplings from @weichuanusa.inc got a quick makeover and turned them into these delicious looking and gourmet Manchurian dumplings. Tangy, spicy and sweet all in one bite.
Heat oil in a pan and add frozen dumplings, toss and turn till they are lightly fried, remove and keep aside.
In the same pan, add chopped ginger and garlic, sauté on high flame for 30 secs then add all the sauces and vinegar together, mix on medium heat, now add salt, sugar, black pepper and corn flour slurry, mix till it starts to thicken, add in bell peppers and toss on high flame for a minute, add more water if required. Once the sauce thickens, mix in the dumplings.
Finally add some toasted sesame and chopped spring onions to garnish.
