  • 1 bag of Wei Chaun USA frozen spring rolls
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jalapeño, thin sliced
  • 1/2 red sweet pepper, diced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
Cooking instructions

Must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F or above as measured by using a thermometer

Cook the frozen spring rolls in air fryer, 400F for 12 minutes

Can be adjusted to personal preference

Heat up 2 Tbsp oil, sauté scallions, garlic, jalapeño and sweet pepper for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and soft

Add in salt and pepper

Mix in the cooked spring rolls and enjoy!
