Mixed Plant-based pork with salt, white pepper, sesame oil, cilantro stems and water. Mixed well.
Scoop a small amount of the mixed plant-based pork fillings into a single sheet of wonton wrapper, wet the edges with water, fold the wrapper, and twist the 2 edges together.
Place wontons in 8 cups of boiling water. Cook for 3 minutes over high heat with lid on. Remove lid and cook for 3 minutes over medium heat. Remove wontons from water after.
Spicy Oil Sauce, mix soy sauce, chili oil, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, and minced garlic together.
Pour the finished sauce on the wontons. Garnish with some chopped green onions and cilantro if desired.
