These make for a super quick and tasty meal perfect for any time of the day. \u200d <\/h5>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h5>Recipe made by Nick Souksavat for Wei-Chuan USA!<\/h5>\n<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2588 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.weichuanusa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/6580DAFA-A9B9-47DE-ABE2-B32BB6356604-min-scaled-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"528\" height=\"938\" \/><\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h5>Ingredients<\/h5>\n<p>*can be adjusted to personal preference<\/p>\n<p>\u27054 Wei-Chuan Steamed Buns (filling of choice)<\/p>\n<p>\u27052 TB Neutral Oil, for searing buns<\/p>\n<p>\u2705Fried garlic chips, garnish<\/p>\n<p>\u2705Togarashi, garnish<\/p>\n<h5>Slaw<\/h5>\n<p>\u27051 Seedless Cucumber, shredded without seeds<\/p>\n<p>\u27053 large Tri-Color Carrots (1 of each color), shredded<\/p>\n<p>\u27051 Green Onion, sliced thinly<\/p>\n<p>\u27053 Sprigs of Cilantro, roughly torn<\/p>\n<h5>Slaw Dressing<\/h5>\n<p>\u27051 TB Soy Sauce<\/p>\n<p>\u27052 cloves of garlic, crushed<\/p>\n<p>\u27052 TB Sriracha (Shark Brand)<\/p>\n<p>\u27051 TB Lao Gan Ma Chili Crisp<\/p>\n<p>\u27053 TB Rice Vinegar<\/p>\n<p>\u27052 TB Honey<\/p>\n<p>\u27052 TB Wei Chuan Chili Sesame Oil<\/p>\n<p>\u2705Salt &amp; MSG, to taste<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2586 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.weichuanusa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/2B9E623D-916A-46C9-AC13-41CEE953AC37-min-scaled-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"526\" height=\"526\" \/><\/p>\n<h5>Method<\/h5>\n<p>*must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165\u00b0F or above as measured by using a thermometer<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>Shred cucumber and carrots using a serrated peeler to make thin strips about 2-3\u201d long. Combine in a bowl with sliced green onion and torn cilantro.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>In a mixing bowl combine all dressing ingredients except for the Wei Chuan Chili Sesame Oil. Once all combined, gently stream the Chili Sesame Oil while whisking vigorously to emulsify.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Add dressing to slaw according to how dressed you like it.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Place frozen buns on a microwave safe plate and cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave for about 1min until soft and pliable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add oil.
