When the fruit has warmed through and softened, blend about half of the mixture and stir to combine. Add Tapioca Starch slurry and mix into filling and stir until thickened. Turn off heat and mix in Coconut flakes. Allow the filling to cool.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<li>To assemble Pie Rolls, use two sheets of Wei-Chuan USA Spring Roll Shells for extra crunch and to ensure rolls don\u2019t burst when frying. Follow the directions on packing on how to roll. Use about \u00bc c of filling to create larger rolls that measure about 2\u201dx4\u201d. Once all rolls are assembled, fry in neutral oil heated to 350\u00b0F until golden brown.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<li>Serve pies dusted with some powdered sugar or to elevate your dish, make them a la mode!
