Using Wei-Chuan USA dumpling wrappers to create this lasagna dish and turned out to be pretty good     Mission accomplished!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-2975\" src=\"https:\/\/www.weichuanusa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/image1-200x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Meat sauce:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 Onion diced<\/li>\n<li>1 garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li>1 lb ground bison<\/li>\n<li>1cup your favorite tomato sauce<\/li>\n<li>Cheese filling:<\/li>\n<li>15oz ricotta cheese<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup Parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup shredded mozzarella<\/li>\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n<li>4 tbsp Parsley, chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-2976\" src=\"https:\/\/www.weichuanusa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/image2-200x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>METHODS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Meat sauce:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Add 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan with medium heat<\/li>\n<li>Saut\u00e9 onions and\u00a0garlic until transparent about 3-5 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Add in ground beef cook until browned<\/li>\n<li>Add tomato sauce and cook until no more running liquid<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Cheese filling:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In a medium sized bowl, mix all ingredients well (ricotta, Parmesan and mozzarella cheese; egg and parsley)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Assemble rose pot stickers:( please see the video)<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Lay 4 WeiChuan dumpling wrappers with the edges over each other<\/li>\n<li>Put meat sauce and cheese filling in the center of each wrapper<\/li>\n<li>Use finger with some water to damp the edge of the dumpling wrappers.\u00a0 Fold over each dumpling wrappers and seal well<\/li>\n<li>Roll the folded dumpling from right to the left and seal the end with some water<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Cooking the rose potstickers:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In a pan with medium heat, add 2 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Place rose dumplings onto the pan and pour water until about 1\/3 the height of the dumplings<\/li>\n<li>Cover the pan and wait until all water evaporated<\/li>\n<li>Open the lid and wait until the bottom of the dumplings is golden brown<\/li>\n<li>Serve pot stickers with generous portion of the tomato sauce<\/li>\n<li>Garnish with some more fresh parsley and Parmesan<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-2977\" src=\"https:\/\/www.weichuanusa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/image3.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"299\" height=\"449\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>*Cooking time may vary based on equipment and quantity cooked in equipment.
