Add frozen dumplings arranged in a ring, flat side down. Fry until lightly browned.<\/li>\n<li>Pour slurry in the spaces between the dumplings, making sure that the surface of the pan is covered completely. Cover and continue to pan fry until all the liquid has evaporated and you see a lacey layer develop, about 7 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Use a spatula to gently lift the edges of the dumplings, being careful not to break the layer. Gently shake the pan to ensure that the entire layer can move freely.
