Ingredients
  • Wei-Chuan USA Spring roll wrapper – 1/2 bag
Fillings:
  • Vegetable oil – 2 Tsp
  • Cabbage – 8oz (shredded)
  • Carrot – 4oz (shredded)
  • Bean curd – 4oz (shredded)
  • Bean sprouts – 8oz
  • Water – ½ cup
Additional Ingredients
Below ingredients are flavor enhancers for personal preference. Amount can be adjusted to your liking:
  • Cilantro-chopped
  • Peanut powder
  • Salt
  • White pepper
Cooking instructions

Shredded up all the ingredients, cabbage, carrot, bean curd.

Sauteed the ingredients individually with some salt and peppers: cabbage, carrot, bean curd, and bean sprouts.

Get a sheet of the spring roll wrapper ready on a plate, start adding your ingredients from step 2.

Sprinkle some chopped cilantro, peanut powder.

Must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F or above as measured by using a thermometer
