•    比賽組別: 

共分四小組: 少兒組 (5-15歲)、 青年組(16-35歲)、青壯組(36-55歲)、長青組(56歲以上)。每一組別的報名成員不限制單人，雙人也可以參賽。雙人組報名時由主辦單位決定參賽組別。

  • 報名辦法：

1. 報名費:＄50／人（少兒組, 青年組, 青壯組, 長青組 )，雙人為$100/組。每位成功報名並出席初賽者，將獲得美國味全$50之等值商品。

2. 賽事入場費:

  • 初/決賽來賓免費入場

3. 參賽資格： 

  1. 5 歲以上的美國居民皆符合報名資格。
  2. 參賽者依據年齡，只限於少兒組, 青年組 ,青壯組, 長青組中選單一小組參賽，不得同時跨組比賽
  3. 配合場地使用時間限制，活動總報名人數以100位為上限; 每組報名人數25位為上限。先報先得，不得替換報名。
  4. 出過商業音樂碟片/多媒體或以唱歌為全職的人士不得參賽。 職業歌手或從事音樂相關職業者不得參賽，參賽選手亦不得冒名頂替或重複報名。
  5. 舉凡過去曾經得過美國味全歌唱比賽各組別冠軍者，不得在同一組別報名參賽，報名雙人組參賽則不受限制。舉例: 如2025年度長青組冠軍，2026年以後皆不可報名長青組別參賽，但是可以以雙人組報名。
  6. 大會對報名者的參賽資格保留最終決定權。 

4. 初賽報名截止時間： 2026年04 月 05 日(星期日) 6:00 PM前或者報名者已達100位名額時 (Which is come first ) 將恕不受理報名。

請於填寫線上比賽報名表的同時，透過 Zelle 匯款 $50 報名費至以下帳號。完成匯款後，請將付款資訊填寫於報名表內並送出，以便主辦單位核對並完成報名程序。

6. 報名人數下限： 少兒組 、青年組、 青壯組及 長青組各小組報名人數至少須有六位，否則取消該小組比賽。

7. 美國味全將於2026年4月12日前，以電子郵件通知報名成功者。出場順序將由主辦單位在報名截止後進行抽籤，並全程錄影存證，恕不接受異議。 

8. 若符合報名資格但因報名表件填寫不完整，且經承辦單位通知後 3 日內未完成補正者，將視同放棄參賽資格，不得異議；另報名表件請自留底稿，承辦單位不予退還。

9. 報名額滿或資格不符者而未進入初賽之報名者主辦單位將不另行通知，但主辦單位將寄回支票給報名者並將報名費全數退還。

10.初賽比賽流程表將於04/17/2026前公佈於活動網頁上; 決賽比賽流程表將於05/08/2026公佈於活動網頁上，恕不再另行通知。

  • 參賽須知:
  1. 職業歌手或從事音樂相關職業者不得參賽，參賽選手亦不得冒名頂替或重複報名。
  2. 比賽當天請攜帶身分證明文件，以供主辦單位核對。
  3. 初賽各組於前台分別報到。初賽第一組請於10:00報到；初賽其餘各組請於10:30前完成報到。

 04/25初賽各組別報到時間如下:

  • 長青組 – 10:00 AM
  • 少兒組 – 10:40AM
  • 青年組 – 11:20AM
  • 青壯組 – 12:00PM

05/16 – 決賽各組各組別報到時間如下:

•           長青組 – 10:00 AM

•          少兒組 – 10:40AM

•           青年組 – 11:20AM

•          青壯組 – 12:00PM

  • 每日比賽第一組需於10:00 AM報到後立即進入觀眾席, 除第一組外之所有初賽及決賽參賽者皆須於本組比賽的 30 分鐘前進入觀眾席準備出場。 
  • 參賽者於初賽及決賽時不得唱同一首歌。
  • 本次比賽接受影音參賽，影音參賽檔請於填寫報名表時一同上傳。 如果參賽者,因個人因素不克現場参賽,參賽者可以提供有本人影像歌曲影音檔, 條件是必須是由本人親自拍攝沒有剪接的影音檔, 主辦單位在初賽現場,會當場播出,給評審現場評分, 個人影音檔可視為現場參加. 若參賽者入圍決賽, 主辦僅接受個人現場出席參加決賽,若無法出席者視為棄權。
  • 比賽進行中，參賽者必須遵守自己出場的順序。參賽者應上場比賽而未到場，或以任何理由改變出場順序，皆以棄權論。 
  • 參賽曲經完成報名手續後，則不得任意更換。
  • 比賽主持人唱號上台，過號一律視為棄權，不得要求補賽。參賽者應服從評審之裁決，不得異議。
  • 評審團完成評分後，初賽當場公布入圍決賽者; 入圍決賽者請於離開會場前至服務台抽出決賽出場順序。未抽籤之決賽入圍者，主辦單位將代抽決賽出場序，參賽者不得異議。
  • 決賽當場公佈名次及所有獎項，並進行頒獎。
  • 參賽歌曲不得超過五分鐘。若參賽歌曲超過五分鐘，大會將於五分鐘時，強制切歌，參賽者必須立刻停止歌唱， 立刻退場，否則以棄權論。但評審委員評分，不受五分鐘限制影響評分。 
  • 音樂格式須為已經把原唱者聲音消音的 MP3、MP4 或 MOV 檔。

初賽與決賽之音樂檔繳交規則如下：

初賽參賽者：請於填寫線上報名表時一併將數位音樂檔上傳。若無法於報名時一併上傳音樂檔案者，請最遲於2026年04 月10 日(星期五) 6:00 PM上傳音樂檔至此連結: https://forms.gle/5iG4NywyJsH9J5wN9(需登入Google 帳號後填寫上傳)；或email至gaga.cheng@weichuanusa.com。未清楚標示或逾期繳交者恕不受理，報名額滿為止。
決賽入圍者：請於 2026 年 05 月 03 日 前，將數位音樂檔上傳至此線上表單連結: https://forms.gle/5iG4NywyJsH9J5wN9 (需登入Google 帳號後填寫上傳)；或email至gaga.cheng@weichuanusa.com。檔名需清楚標示組別,姓名,及email；未清楚標示或逾期繳交者恕不受理。

11.   美國味全在收到音樂檔後，將協助審視其是否可使用，並聯繫音樂檔無法使用的參賽者。請收到聯繫的參賽者在一週內提供修正後的音樂檔。未及時提供修正音樂檔或主辦單位無法聯繫到之參賽者，可在比賽當天提供修正音樂檔，但主辦單位及協辦單位不會協助事前確認檔案是否正確，若音樂出現狀況，參賽者需自行承擔責任。

12. 不接受 iPod、iPad,手機及任何平板電腦播放音樂。 亦不接受 LD、CD、DVD、VCD 、Video Tape 及 Tape 。

13.主辦單位無法提供在任何音樂檔上協助消音或升降Key的服務，請知悉。若有其他需注意細節，如「音樂 15 秒鐘才會出來」、「音樂聲音很小，請放大」等事宜，請於報名表中清楚註明。 

若提供的音樂檔USB drives 無法使用或原唱者聲音無法消音，參賽者必須棄權。

14.大會統一設定麥克風的音量及迴音，參賽者不得要求變更，以示公平。 比賽當日，主辦單位將委請評審於賽前進行麥克風測試，以確保音質及各項設備運作正常。

15.參賽者出場前要佩戴號碼牌，退場後請立即歸還。 

16.保持後台安靜，參賽者避免在後台中練唱。 

17.參賽者請勿進入音響控制區。參賽者不得干擾音響師。參賽者退場後請離開後台及化妝室。 

18.比賽期間，參賽者不得私下與評審委員討論與比賽有關之任何事項，否則大會保留取消參賽者資格之權利。 

19.出場後如發生下列狀況(音樂沒有消音, 音樂的 Key 錯誤,音樂播放錯誤, 麥克風拿錯,麥克風電源不足的紅燈亮起)，參賽者立即退到後台，向報幕小組告知狀況，報幕小組立即通知評審接待組人員。評審接待組人員與評審委員立即共同妥善商議處理。狀況解決後，若決議參賽者可以重唱，將請參賽者再度出場重新演唱。評審委員評分不受狀況影響。

20.如果大會音響設備出現技術上的錯誤，參賽者有權在開始唱的頭三十秒內，退到後台，選擇重唱。 若超過三十秒而繼續唱，則自動放棄重唱的權利。

21.上台後請直接演唱，請勿發言。唱完後請直接退場，請勿發言。 

22.初賽時，無燈光服務。決賽時，燈光由燈光師統一處理，不接受個別要求變更，以示公平。 

23.美國味全食品公司(主辦單位)為此活動備有攝影師及錄影師，於初賽及決賽現場拍攝相片及錄影。參賽者只要出場比賽即表示該參賽者同意放棄對該相片及視頻的擁有權及個人的肖像權。本公司保留所有相片及影片之擁有權，並保留把該相片及視頻上傳本會官網及發至社群媒體及新聞媒體的權利，參賽者不得異議。

24.承辦單位保留終止、修改、取消本活動以及相關內容變更、解釋之權利; 如有未盡事宜或最新訊息，將於美國味全官網公布，恕不另行通知。

  • 比賽評審：由主辦單位邀請音樂或相關專業人士擔任。
  • 評分標準：音色(20%)、技巧(30%)、感情(30%)、台風(10%)、服裝 (10%)。 

(決賽服裝 Dress Code- Formal or Semi Formal Dress)

  • 計分及名次排列演算法則： 

(1). 滿分100分，小數點後保留兩位數。

(2). 7位評審評分後，去除最高及最低評分各一，加總評分數，得出總積分。

(3). 以現場評審委員評分結果排列名次，不得查分。 

  • 獎勵辦法： 

(1). 少兒組,青年組,青壯組及長青組各組決賽冠、亞、季軍、優勝之人數、 獎金及獎勵如下

冠軍(每組1名/組) 每人獎金美金$500元 Visa Gift Card，獎盃一座。

亞軍(每組1名/組)) 每人獎金美金$400元 Visa Gift Card，獎盃一座。

季軍(每組1名/組)) 每人獎金美金$300元 Visa Gift Card，獎盃一座。

入圍決賽優勝者(每組2名/組)每人獎金美金$50元 Visa Gift Card, 獎牌一座。

Competition Categories:
Four categories:

  • Junior Group (ages 5–15)
  • Youth Group (ages 16–35)
  • Adult Group (ages 36–55)
  • Senior Group (ages 56 and above)

Registration Details

  1. Registration Fee: USD $50 per person (all categories). Each successfully registered participant who attends the preliminary round will receive Wei-Chuan USA products worth USD $50.
  2. Admission Fee for Audience: Free admission for both preliminary and final rounds.
  3. Eligibility:
  • Open to all U.S. residents aged 5 and above.
  • Contestants may only participate in one category based on their age; no cross-category entries. Participants may compete as either solo performers or duets in each age group. For duet entries, the competition group will be determined by the organizer.
  • Total registration cap: 100 participants (max. 25 per category). First come, first served; no substitutions allowed.
  • Those who have released commercial music albums/media, work full-time as singers, or are engaged in music-related professions are not eligible. No false representation or duplicate entries allowed.
  • Organizers reserve the right to make the final decision on eligibility.
  1. Registration Deadline: April 5, 2026 (Sunday) by 6:00 PM OR once 100 spots are filled, whichever comes first.

  1. Minimum Entry Requirement: Each category must have at least six participants; otherwise, that category will be canceled.
  2. Confirmation: Successful applicants will be notified via email by April 12, 2026. Performance order will be determined by a random draw after registration closes. The draw will be recorded and is final.
  3. Incomplete Applications: Applicants who meet eligibility requirements but submit incomplete forms must correct them within 3 days of being notified. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting participation rights.
  4. Refund Policy: Those who are ineligible or whose categories are full will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
  5. Competition Schedule:
  • Preliminary schedule will be posted on the event website by April 17, 2026.
  • Final schedule will be posted on May 8, 2026.

  • The first group of the day must check in at 10:00 AM and proceed directly to the audience area. All other contestants must check in at least 30 minutes before their group’s performance.
  • Contestants may not perform the same song in both preliminary and final rounds.
  • Video participation is allowed for the preliminary round (see full rules in official guidelines). Finals require in-person attendance.
  • Song length limit: 5 minutes. Songs exceeding this limit will be cut off.
  • Acceptable file formats: MP3, MP4, MOV with original vocals removed.
  • Music submission deadlines:

      Participants are required to upload their digital music file when completing the online registration form. If the music file cannot be uploaded at the time of registration, it must be submitted no later than 6:00 PM on Friday, April 10, 2026, via the following link:

      Finalists must submit their digital music file by May 3, 2026 through the following online form:

  • Vocal Quality: 20%
  • Technique: 30%
  • Emotion: 30%
  • Stage Presence: 10%
  • Costume: 10%
    (Final round dress code: Formal or Semi-formal attire)

Scoring Method:

  • Maximum 100 points (two decimal places kept).
  • Scores from 7 judges; highest and lowest removed; remaining scores totaled for the final score.

Awards

Each category will have the following prizes:

  • 1st Place: Each Champion will receive a $500 Visa Gift Card and a trophy.
  • 2nd Place: Each Winner will receive a $400 Visa Gift Card and a trophy.
  • 3rd Place: Each Winner will receive a $300 Visa Gift Card and a trophy.
  • 2 Finalists: Each Winner will receive a $50 Visa Gift Card and a medal.
  • Special Awards (4 selected from all participants): Each recipient will receive a trophy.
