Served with a spread of longevity noodles, your favorite choice of protein, vegetables and tofu, it’s a festive spread that your family and friends would love! This video showed you a general guide of how to put the hot pot spread together, but you can tweak it according to the ingredients you prefer!
-1/2 bag Wei-Chuan USA Dumpling
-8 oz thinly sliced beef and / or lamb
-8 oz cauliflower
-8 oz assorted mushrooms
-6 oz noodles
-1 lb tofu and / or tofu products such as deep fried tofu and yuba sheet
-8 oz bamboo shoot / seaweed / celtuce / or other crispy vegetables
Hot pot base
-1 bag hot pot base
-1 thumb ginger
-2 green onions
-dipping sauce of your choice
Prepare the hot pot the way you like
Please make sure the dumpling must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F or above as measured by use of a thermometer.
