  • Wei-Chuan USA Pork & Corn Dumplings
  • 5¼ Cups Chicken Broth, divided
  • 2 Cups Frozen Sweet Corn
  • 4 Teaspoons Cornstarch
  • ½ Teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Sugar
  • Pinch of White Pepper
  • 1 Chopped Scallions, separate green & white parts
  • Ground Black Pepper

Bring 5 Cups of Chicken Broth to a boil, add ½ Teaspoon Sesame Oil, ½ Teaspoon Salt, Pinch of White Pepper and ½ Teaspoon Sugar. Taste and season with more salt if needed.

Add 12 Wei-Chuan USA Pork & Corn Dumplings to the pot and simmer on medium heat for approximately 8-10 minutes, the dumplings should have an internal temp of 165°F.

Cooking time may vary based on equipment and quantity cooked in equipment. Must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F or above as measured by using a thermometer.

Add 2 Cups Frozen Sweet Corn. Mix a ¼ Cup Chicken Broth with 4 Teaspoons of Corn Starch, stir until combined and add to the pot along with white parts of the chopped scallion. Bring back to a simmer and stir until the soup looks slightly thicken. Ladle into serving bowls and garnish with Chopped Scallions and Ground Black Pepper!
