It is one of our favorite dumplings that goes well with any recipe <span class=\"x3nfvp2 x1j61x8r x1fcty0u xdj266r xhhsvwb xat24cr xgzva0m xxymvpz xlup9mm x1kky2od\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.weichuanusa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/1f338.png\" alt=\" \" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/><\/span> Check out the recipe below to learn!<\/h5>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-2848\" src=\"https:\/\/www.weichuanusa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Soup-Dumplings-032023.1-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"525\" height=\"655\" \/> \u00a0<br \/><br \/><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<p>*can be adjusted to personal preference<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Wei-Chuan USA dumplings (as many as you like!)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div dir=\"auto\">1 tablespoon scallions<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div dir=\"auto\">1 tablespoon seaweed<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div dir=\"auto\">1 tablespoon dried shrimp<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div dir=\"auto\">1 tablespoon sesame oil<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div dir=\"auto\">1 tablespoon soy sauce<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div dir=\"auto\">1 tablespoon Chinese Chinkiang Vinegar<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div dir=\"auto\">1 teaspoon chili oil (feel free to add more as desired)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-2849\" src=\"https:\/\/www.weichuanusa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Soup-Dumplings-032023.2-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"525\" height=\"655\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Methods:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>*must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165\u00b0F or above as measured by using a thermometer<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Add chopped scallions, seaweed, dried shrimp, sesame oil, soy sauce, Chinese vinegar and chili oil into a big bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Add WEI-CHUAN USA Pork n Napa Cabbage Dumplings into the boiled water until the dumplings float up; then add cold water to the pot until the water boils again; let the dumplings boil for one minute then turn off the heat.
