There\u2019s something about the savory and sweet sausage that keeps us coming back for more. Try out our Taiwanese sausage to create this delicious dish at home  \u200d <\/h5>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-3014\" src=\"https:\/\/www.weichuanusa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/image_6483441-min-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"358\" height=\"448\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cups cooked rice (preferably day old)<\/li>\n<li>2 links Wei-Chuan USA Chinese style sweet sausage, sliced into 1\u20442 inch thick pieces<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp neutral oil<\/li>\n<li>1\u20444 onion, finely diced<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves garlic, finely minced<\/li>\n<li>2 stalk scallion, chopped<\/li>\n<li>Eggs: 1 tbsp neutral oil + 2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>Pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>Sauce: 1 tbsp oyster sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp light soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>1\u20442 tsp dark soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp sesame oil<\/li>\n<li>1\/8 tsp white pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Add eggs and salt to a bowl. Beat until mixed well.<\/li>\n<li>On medium heat, add oil to non-stick pan. Pour eggs into pan. Mix and remove from pan when barely set.<\/li>\n<li>Add oil into pan. Add in sausage and let char for 1-2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add in onions and garlic. Cook for around 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add rice to the pan and break up any large pieces. Add in all the ingredients for the sauce. Mix well. Stir constantly for a couple minutes until rice is cooked. Add in a splash of water if needed.<\/li>\n<li>Add the eggs back in along with the scallion. Cook for another minute and mix well to incorporate all the ingredients. Remove from heat.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Serve hot and enjoy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><em> *Cooking time may vary based on equipment and quantity cooked in equipment.
