We are celebrating with Wei-Chuan USA&#8217;s Guan Miao dried noodles by making this super delicious Pa Lo Pork Stroganoff. We love how quickly the noodles cook &amp; the perfectly chewy bite. Sweet soy &amp; ginger braised pork tops the ruffled noodles to soak up the sauce.<!--more--><\/h5>\n<h5>The Pa Lo Pork comes together in no time with the use of a pressure cooker. Sour cream is mixed in for stroganoff vibes. Cilantro-chili crisp is the perfect addition to turn up your taste buds.<\/h5>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-3110\" src=\"https:\/\/www.weichuanusa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/9E940B96-DF95-471E-9417-45DA3E970DA3-min-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"398\" height=\"707\" \/><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS (4 Servings)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 bundles Wei-Chuan USA Guan Miao Sliced Noodles<\/li>\n<li>Pa Lo Pork &amp; Soubise<\/li>\n<li>2 TB Olive Oil<\/li>\n<li>2 TB Unsalted Butter<\/li>\n<li>Sour Cream<\/li>\n<li>Cilantro-Chili Crisp, to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cook Guan Miao noodles according to package directions. In a large saute pan over medium heat, sear pork pieces &amp; break apart slightly. Add Soubise &amp; toss in noodles. Add butter &amp; toss to combine. Serve on a smear of sour cream &amp; add a dollop on top. Drizzle on Cilantro-Chili Crisp as preferred.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PA LO PORK &amp; SOUBISE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 lbs Pork Butt, 2\u201d chunks<\/li>\n<li>5 Shallots, halved<\/li>\n<li>8 cloves Garlic<\/li>\n<li>4 pc Ginger (3\u201d x \u00bd\u201d planks)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd c Palm Sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 TB Neutral Oil<\/li>\n<li>SAUCE<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc c Oyster Sauce<\/li>\n<li>2 TB Dark Sweet Soy<\/li>\n<li>2 TB Golden Mountain Seasoning Soy<\/li>\n<li>2 TB Fish Sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp MSG<\/li>\n<li>1 TB Chinese 5 Spice Powder<\/li>\n<li>1 TB Chicken Bouillon Powder<\/li>\n<li>Salt\/Pepper<\/li>\n<li>SPICE PACKET<\/li>\n<li>3 sticks Cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>6 Star Anise Pods<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp Whole White Peppercorn, slightly crushed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Note: Lightly toast spices &amp; put in a coffee filter tied off with butcher\u2019s twine.<\/p>\n<p>In a pressure cooker, caramelize palm sugar with oil until a deep amber color. Mix in pork &amp; sauce ingredients. Add aromatics &amp; cover with enough water to submerge meat. Bring to a boil &amp; skim off scum. Add Spice Packet. Cover &amp; cook under pressure for 30 min. Remove spice packet, &amp; separate meat from braising liquid. Blend remaining contents until smooth.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CILANTRO-CHILI CRISP<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd c Cilantro, chopped<\/li>\n<li>5 Birds Eye Chilis, chopped<\/li>\n<li>3 Cloves Garlic, sliced thinly<\/li>\n<li>1 TB Sesame<\/li>\n<li>1 TB Gochugaru<\/li>\n<li>1 c Neutral Oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Combine all ingredients except sesame &amp; gochugaru in a saucepan. Heat over medium-high until garlic starts to turn golden.
