The Wei-Chuan USA Bok Choy & Pork Wonton unveils morsels pieces of moistly ground pork delicately wrapped in a springy, translucent skin. We have added bok choy for its mild, luscious tastes with a hint of naturally semi-sweet, earthy flavor hugely valued by Chinese chefs.

Filling Bok Choy, Ground Pork, Egg White, Less than 2% of Modified Corn Starch, Monosodium Glutamate, Salt, Ginger, Cooking Wine (wine, salt, sulfite), Soybean Oil, Sesame Oil, Sugar, Soy Sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt, sodium benzoate: less than 1/10 of 1% as a preservative), White Pepper, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate.
Wrapper Enriched Wheat Flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Water, Tapioca Starch, Wheat Gluten, Egg Yolk, Salt, Dough Conditioner (distilled monoglycerides).
Contains Wheat, Egg, Soy
Must be Cooked to an Internal Temperature of 165°F or above as Measured by Use of a Thermometer.

  1. Place 14 frozen wontons in 8 cups of boiling water.
  2. Cook for 3 minutes over high heat with lid on.
  3. Remove lid and cook for 3 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Remove wontons from water.
  5. Pour favorite soup over wontons and serve.
