Fully Cooked Pork & Chinese Spinach Bun

A good pork bun is one that is filled with savory meat filling of excellent texture with soft, bouncy skin that holds a pool of steaming hot stock in a mildly-sweet puff. Wei-Chuan USA Pork Chinese Spinach Bun perfectly embodies these characteristics, combining the ideal ratio of marinated diced pork and generous servings of Chinese spinach, evenly toasted into the blend, bringing flavor up a notch with its slightly sweet, herb-like and fresh greens flavor that blends well into our aged-old recipes.
