These power ingredients are encapsulated within a steamed, fluffy pillowy pastry bun, both pleasantly chewy that pairs well with mildly-seasoned minced pork.

Ingredients Enriched Wheat Flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Cabbage, Water, Pork, Lard (lard, partially hydrogenated lard with BHA, propyl gallate and citric acid added to help protect flavor), Less than 2% of Egg White, Sugar, Vermicelli (peas, corn starch, green mung bean, water), Soybean Oil, Soy Sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt, sodium benzoate: less than 1/10 of 1% as a preservative), Sesame Oil, Green Onion, Yeast (yeast, sorbitan monostearate), Cooking Wine (wine, salt, sulfites), Baking Powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, bicarbonate soda, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), Salt, Binding Gums [carrageenan (standardized with potassium chloride), locust bean gum, dextrose], Monosodium Glutamate, Ginger, White Pepper.

Heat to an internal temperature of 165° or above as measured by use of a thermometer. Handle with care, steamed buns will be hot.

Steamer Method:
  1. Remove frozen buns from plastic bag and place in a steamer
  2. Steam the frozen bun over boiling water for about 14 minutes or until heated enough.
Microwave Method:
  1. Upon boiling, add 1st cup of cold water; cover and continue to cook with MED-HIGH heat.
  2. Repeat Step 3 with a 2nd cup of cold water, and again with a 3rd cup of cold water.
  3. Wait until water boils again. Remove the dumplings and serve.
