Heat to an internal temperature of 165° or above as measured by use of a thermometer. Handle with care, steamed buns will be hot.

Steamer Method:
  1. Remove frozen buns from plastic bag and place in a steamer
  2. Steam the frozen bun over boiling water for about 14 minutes or until heated enough.
Microwave Method:
  1. Upon boiling, add 1st cup of cold water; cover and continue to cook with MED-HIGH heat.
  2. Repeat Step 3 with a 2nd cup of cold water, and again with a 3rd cup of cold water.
  3. Wait until water boils again. Remove the dumplings and serve.
