Product must be cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for 15 seconds (use a food thermometer to determine internal temperature).

Pan Frying:

  1. Pour 2 tablespoons of cooking oil into a frying pan. Place 6 frozen potstickers on the pan.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of water to the pan. Cover and simmer at medium heat for 8 minutes until the bottom of the potstickers turn golden brown.
Deep Frying:
  1. Preheat oil to 375°F.
  2. Place 6 frozen potstickers into the fryer, and cook for about 7 minutes until potstickers are golden brown.
Boiling
  1. Add 6 frozen potstickers into 6 cups of boiling water and stir.
  2. Cover and simmer on medium heat for 6 minutes.
  3. Remove the dumplings and serve.
