In this recipe, we used a combination of two different proteins for an elevated flavor profile. The addition of a traditional Chinese ingredient, lotus root, delivers a high nutritional value to you. The chicken and pork dumplings with lotus root bring a level of class to our fried dumplings and provide a new gourmet experience.
