Filling

Enriched Wheat Flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Pork, Celery, Cabbage, Water, Chinese Celery, Tapioca Starch, Less than 2% of Soybean Oil, Salt, Cooking Wine (wine, salt, sulfites), Wheat Gluten, Monosodium Glutamate, Soy Sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt, sodium benzoate: less than 1/10 of 1% as a preservative), Modified Corn Starch, Ginger, Sesame Oil, White Pepper, Egg White.

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Fill a pot half full with 10 cups water and bring it to a boil on high.
  2. Carefully place frozen dumplings from 1 bag into the boiling water.
  3. Cover the pot with a lid and continue to cook on high.
  4. Upon boiling, add one cup of cold water; cover the pot with a lid and bring it to a boil on medium-high.
  5. Repeat step 4 for another two times.
  6. Remove dumpling and serve.

Product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F or above as measured by use of a thermometer.
