Filling Ground Pork, Water, Gelatin Solution (water, gelatin), Less than 2% of Ginger, Sugar, Soy Sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt,, sodium benzoate: less than 1/10 of 1% as a preservative), Monosodium Glutamate, Cooking Wine (wine, salt, sulfites), Salt, Sesame Oil, Soybean Oil, White Pepper.
Wrapper Enriched Wheat Flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Water, Less than 2% of Baking Powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, bicarbonate soda, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), Salt.

(Must be Cooked to an Internal Temperature of 165 °F or above as Measured by Use of a Thermometer)

Boiling:

  1. Fill a pot half full with 10 cups water and bring it to a boil on high.
  2. Carefully place 15 frozen mini buns into the boiling water.
  3. Cover the pot with a lid and continue to cook on high.
  4. Upon boiling, add one cup of cold water; cover the pot with a lid and bring it to a boil on medium-high.
  5. Repeat step 4 for another two times.
  6. Remove mini buns and serve.
Steamer:
  1. Prepare a steamer with non-stick oil spray or Napa cabbage leaf line.
  2. Carefully place 12 frozen mini buns in steamer, cover and steam for 10 minutes over high heat, then serve.
