U.S.A., Inc. is a USDA enforced establishment. HACCP and SSOP
compliance are monitored and verified daily by our QC staff. QC
staffs are routinely out to perform wide spectrums of organolytic
inspections, chemical & physical testing including product
temperature, % moisture, % salt and pH, % fat, acidity and viscosity
to ensure the product quality are stable, consistent and wholesome.
Quality control (QC) is a very important step to ensure the over-all
product quality and customer satisfaction. QC department utilizes
state of the art equipments such as NIR moisture analyzer, percent
fat measuring kit, texture analyzer, viscometer, digital scale,
thermometers and Biotrace that would fulfill both the R &
D specifications and USDA regulations and requirements
Daily review and verification on line QC records, HACCP documents
and statistical analysis that would identify and determine product
deviations and inconsistence, thus, minimize and eliminate product
abnormalities.
QC department is consisted of QC supervisors, senior QC inspectors,
and QC inspectors. With direct supervision from plant operation
manager, QC's mission is to maintain a constant balance between
the production operation, product stability and USDA requirements.
We will be aware and responsive to the changing and diversified
production operation and product qualities.
