Sweepstakes for Shandong Dumplings

From now until June 17, 2008, when you purchase any two packs of Wei Chuan Shandong Dumplings, you will have a chance to win a Lexus Luxury Sedan ES 350 or other great prizes.

1.      DRAWING NOTIFICATION: Prize winners will be selected at a public drawing from among all entries received. There will be two prize drawings which are conducted in the end of March and June. Names of all winners will be posted on Wei Chuan Website (www.weichuanusa.com), and all potential winners will be notified by phone, letter, and/ or email. Winners must complete the sweepstake form within 15 days after being notified. If the notice form is not return on time or is undeliverable, the winner will be disqualified and will be replaced by others. If winners do not pick up their prizes within 30 days after being notified, the prize may be forfeited.

2.      ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to residents of the fifty (50) United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Wei Chuan, advertising agencies and sponsors, and their respective parents, subsidiaries and agents as well as immediate family members are not eligible. This Sweepstakes is invalid at regions where a sweepstakes is prohibited. Every participant is limited to only one winning. After the first drawing, entries which do not win any prize will be kept for the second drawing.

3.      LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Wei Chuan and sponsors assume no responsibility for lost, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, mutilated and late entries. Prize defects and quality issues or losses incurred are the sole responsibility of the manufactures of such product. Wei-Chuan assumes no responsibility.

4.      RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Unless prohibited by the law, by accepting the prize, the winner authorizes Wei Chuan and its agencies to use the winner’s name, voice or photograph in the advertising and transaction without additional compensation.

5.      GENERAL: By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Wei Chuan, which are final and binding in all respects. Wei Chuan and sponsors reserve the right to modify this Sweepstakes and replace the prizes with other items of equal value or higher. Winners cannot transfer or exchange for other prizes and cannot change prizes into products or cash of equal value. All federal, state, local law and regulations must be complied. All federal, state and local income taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winners. Winners of prizes valued of $600 or more will be issued an IRS Tax Form 1099. Grand Prize winner will be solely responsible for car title, license, registration, and other fees associated with the receipt and use of the prize.

6.      NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: You can participate in the Sweepstakes without making any purchase. All entries must be received by Wei-Chuan on or prior to June 17, 2008.
